This feedback comes from a customer who possesses a Yamaha SR20.

This narrative begins with a transparent PE film, which holds a certain enchantment.

A client is in need of a full set of EVA skid pads for Yamaha SR20 boats.

After reviewing my work records spanning nearly a decade, I found no existing drawings for this request.

As a result, we can only recommend that the customer cover the boat’s surface with the transparent PE film, secure it with adhesive, and then use a marker to outline the locations and dimensions for the installation of the non-slip mat.

                         
Subsequently, it was delivered to us, and we were greatly impressed upon its arrival. This comprises a collection of designs for a ship deck mat set intended for ocean voyages.

Upon receiving the CAD file, we promptly created the EVA sheet. Concurrently, we began processing the initial set of stencils using waste CNC, applied the received PE film, and captured images for customer approval. Following this, we proceeded to manufacture the final product.

Once completed, the product was dispatched to the customer, who expressed great satisfaction and promptly installed it on the deck of their ship. Additionally, I recorded videos and took photographs, while the images of the ship and the installation featured in the article were provided by the customer.

I would like to bring to your attention that we discovered two minor imperfections on the boat deck mat. This was noted due to the nature of the PE film, which affects the precision of the design. However, we have addressed this by producing two replacement pieces for the customer at no additional cost, which have already been dispatched.
