Installation Notes:
Prior to installation, the floor must be cleaned with acetone or alcohol to eliminate any wax from the surface of the new boat, ensuring it is dry before beginning the installation process. Lay all EVA flooring flat before installation. Once the position is confirmed, remove the adhesive backing from one corner and commence installation. Secure the adhesive and refrain from moving the EVA flooring. During installation, utilize a round wheel to roll the flooring, pressing the logo area with your finger beforehand to prevent air from entering. If air bubbles occur, a small needle can be used to puncture and release them. For 48 hours post-installation, the flooring should not be submerged in water.
Making Templates:
If we don’t have a matching boat in our sales list, please provide us with a template and we can manufacture it according to your template requirements. More details of customized templates are available:Custom Features
Production Timeline:
Upon receipt of payment, we will verify the dimensions with you before commencing production. The typical production duration is approximately 5 to 12 working days, excluding holidays. Once production is finalized, we will provide you with photographs and proceed to ship your order.
For orders that require customized colors or templates, the shipping timeframe extends to approximately 10 to 25 working days.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Shipping times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Delays may occur due to factors such as incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Typically, delivery to certain countries may take between 30 to 90 days. We do provide compensation if shipping exceeds the timeframe outlined in our shipping policy.

Package Non-Delivery Policy
In cases where a package is not delivered due to reasons such as refusal to accept the package or an incorrect address, we do not offer refunds, and you will be held responsible. Re-delivery can be arranged, but a re-delivery fee will apply.
