Installation Notes:

1. Prior to installation, it is essential to clean the floor using acetone or alcohol to eliminate any wax present on the surface of the new boat. Ensure that the area is completely dry before proceeding with the installation.

2. Position all EVA flooring flat before beginning the installation. Once the desired placement is confirmed, remove the adhesive backing from one corner and initiate the installation process.

3. Secure the adhesive and refrain from shifting the EVA flooring once it is in place.

4. During the installation, utilize a round roller to ensure proper adhesion (press the logo area with your finger beforehand to prevent air from entering). If air bubbles do form, a small needle can be employed to puncture and release the trapped air.

5. For a period of 48 hours following installation, the flooring should not be exposed to water.

Making Templates:

Production period:

Upon receipt of payment, we will verify the size with you before commencing production. The production process typically requires 5 to 12 working days, excluding holidays. Once production is finalized, we will provide you with photos and proceed to ship your order.

For orders that involve customized colors or templates, the production timeframe extends to approximately 15 to 25 working days before shipping.
