STOCK ITEM RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at LesLie@hzsharks.com. Customers are permitted to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. In the event that HZSHARKS has made an error in processing your order, we will issue a return label at no cost. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees. A restocking fee of 50% may apply to items that are damaged or used prior to shipment. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account within 15 business days following the receipt of the returned item by HZSHARKS.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Note: 1.Returns for sale items and gift cards are not permitted.
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Should you decline any shipments from https://hzsharks.com/, you will be liable for the initial shipping costs, in addition to the expenses incurred for returning the package to us.

CUSTOM PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Custom mats will be specifically tailored to meet your order requirements and are non-returnable. Our observations indicate that variations may exist among boats of the same make and model. Dimensions can be accurately measured on board using film covering. Kindly account for slight discrepancies.

PAID NOT SHIPPED CANCELLATION POLICY

For orders that have been paid but are yet to be shipped, we allow for cancellation. Kindly reach out to us to initiate the cancellation process prior to the shipment of your order. Once the item has been designated for shipment, cancellation of the order will no longer be feasible.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CUSTOM OR RETAIL BOAT KITS

Customers are permitted to cancel their custom yacht kit order without incurring any fees within three days of the purchase date. Beyond this three-day period, the custom kit will be in the production phase and will not be eligible for return or refund.

Package Non-Delivery Policy

If the package is not delivered for reasons that are within your control, such as refusal to accept the package or providing an incorrect address, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be issued, and you will bear the responsibility for the situation. We can facilitate a re-delivery; however, please note that a re-delivery fee will apply.

Exchange

The most efficient method to guarantee that you obtain the desired item is to return the current one you possess. Once the return is processed and accepted, you should proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will inform you upon the receipt and examination of your return, and we will communicate whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
